How many times can I use it before I have to charge it again?

You can use it about 10-15 times after a full charge.

Is it Dishwasher Safe? 

We do not recommend putting the lid or bottle in the dishwasher. Do so at your own risk. DO NOT put the bottom part in the dishwasher due to the battery being placed inside. However, the Pocketblend is designed to be very easily cleaned by putting water and soap inside and blending it for about 2 minutes.

How long does it take to charge the Portablend?

It takes about 3 hours to fully charge the Portablend.

Am I able to return/refund the Portablend?

Unfortunately, we will not accept and returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or non-functional. If in the circumstance the Portablend arrives damaged then please email our customer support for further assistance by clicking here.

How long does shipping take?

It usually takes about 1-2 days to process your order, it takes about 10-15 business days to arrive at your door (United States & Canada). International orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.
